Potter County Man Jailed on Multiple Charges
1 min readHOMER TWP. – A Potter County man is behind bars after police say he made threats to a woman and child.
Jeffrey G. Anhorn, 54, allegedly threatened to harm himself, a 43-year-old female and an 8-year-old child at a residence on the Big Moores Run Road in Homer Township, while he was intoxicated.
Police say after making the threats, Anhorn entered a room where he kept firearms, at which point the woman and child fled the house.
Anhorn was arrested and charged with two counts of terroristic threats, endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of simple assault and two counts of recklessly endangering another person.
Anhorn was arraigned in front of District Judge Delores G. Bristol and remanded to the Potter County Jail in lieu of $25,000 straight bail.
