Probation for Robert Barner

On February 15, 2012, Robert Barner was sentenced to one month probation and a $100 fine for possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use.  He also received twelve months probation to be served consecutively and an additional fine for $200 for possession/use of drug paraphernalia.  He has been ordered to pay the costs of the court: a supervision fee of $25 per month and administrative fee of $20 per month for all time spent on probation.  He will make a monetary donation to the Food Bank in lieu of performing 15 hours of community service.  Dollar amount will be set by Probation.  He is ordered to pay the Erie Crime Lab Reimbursement fee of $113.00 and additional fee of $100 under Act 198.  He will also be the subject of a comprehensive drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all treatment recommendations relative to drug and alcohol abuse, at his own expense, and will attend AA or NA meetings as directed.  Unlawful User of Controlled Substance Form 2251 is required.
