Prowling/Loitering Reported in Tioga County
1 min readTrooper Aaron M. Messner of the Mansfield PSP reports that on 3-23-2012 between 6:30 and 8:30 PM the victim, Tamara Chase of Mansfield PA, reported an unknown individual walking around outside with a flashlight. The suspect was driving a red ford truck.
