PSP Commissioner to Speak at Seminar Sponsored by Marcellus Shale Coalition

State Police Commissioner Frank E. Pawlowski will be among the keynote speakers at a Marcellus Transportation Safety Day seminar sponsored by the Marcellus Shale Coalition on Tuesday, Oct. 12, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Penn Stater, 215 Innovation Blvd., State College.
The seminar is designed to provide information to carriers and truck drivers supporting the Marcellus shale natural gas drilling operations in Pennsylvania.
The other keynote speakers scheduled to open the event at 9 a.m. are Kathryn Klaber, president and executive director of the Marcellus Shale Coalition, and Scott Christie, deputy secretary for highway administration, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
