PSP Investigating Harrison Valley Rape

HARRISON TWP. – State Police in Coudersport say they are investigating an incident of rape in which a 17-year-old Potter County male was accused of touching a 4-year-old girl in a sexual manner.

Police say the incident(s) took place sometime between June and August of 2011.

Potter County Children and Youth Services is currently assisting the State Police Criminal Investigation Unit in this case.

Police say the suspect is now 18 years of age.

Trooper David Surra is the lead investigating officer in the case.
