Reduced-price rabies shots will be available on Saturday, Sept. 11, at the Shinglehouse Community Park from 1-4 pm. The clinic is sponsored by Potter County 4-H and Dr. Ronnie Schenkein of the Coudersport Animal Health Center.

All dogs, cats, and ferrets that are at least 12 weeks old can be vaccinated against the rabies virus. The first time an animal is vaccinated, the vaccine is good for one year. Each time after that, the vaccination is good for three years. Animals must be on a leash or in a container. Cost is $5.00 per shot.
