Rapist Wanted in Florida Pleads Guilty to Charges in NY

A convicted rapist, who has been jailed since July of 2010 in New York, has pleaded guilty to charges of endangering the welfare of a child, stemming from ongoing incidents that occurred between December of 2009 and April of 2010.

38-year-old Terrence Harris, of Portville, is now being held in jail as a fugitive of justice from Florida, where he faces probation violation charges in connection to a previous rape conviction.
