Rebecca Lee Dibble Sentenced

On March 14th 2012, in the Court of Common Pleas, No. 242-2011, Rebecca Lee Dibble was sentenced as follows:

As to Count 2: Criminal Mischief, serve a term of 9 months probation and pay a fine of $100.00.  The defendant will perform 15 hours of community service for Potter County at the discretion of Probation and the defendant shall be responsible for the cost of insurance regarding his/her participation.  The defendant will make blankets.  The defendant shall pay restitution to the victim(s ) of  $678.87.  Restitution Priority is set at 50% (Potter County’s standard priority).  Objections and/or additions to restitution must be filed by Defense and/or Prosecution within 10 days.  Pay $50 a month until paid in full, first payment due April 14th.  The defendant will comply with all terms and conditions of parole or probation, including the following special conditions:  The defendant will take part in psychological treatment as recommended by probation.
