Rick L. Kline to be Charged

Trooper Robert Evanchick of the Mansfield PSP reports that on 3/24/12 at approximately 8:24 pm he investigated an incident at 1992 North Williamson Road in Covington Township, Tioga County, PA.  He found that Rick Lee Kline, 44, of Mainsburg, PA was operating a 2005 red GMC pickup truck and was involved in a crash where he struck a tree on the south side of the property belonging to James S. Schmidt, 43, in Covington.  Upon hitting the tree with his truck, the tree went through the house causing damage.  Kline was airlifted to Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre due to injuries sustained in the crash.  Kline is suspected of DUI.  Charges will be filed in MDJ District  04-3-03 pending BAC results.
