RIDGWAY – A Ridgway Borough police officer, with two previous game law violations, faces new charges from the PA Game Commission.
36-year-old Shawn M. Geci is accused of using a motor vehicle to hunt for wildlife.
Geci faces charges of violating Pennsylvania Game Commission regulations and using a motor vehicle for hunting purposes.
A summary trial is scheduled for this afternoon at 1:15 pm in District Judge George A. King’s courtroom, Elk County.
Geci previously pleaded guilty to charges of Unlawful Presence of a Firearm in a Vehicle in 2003 and illegally Taking or Possessing Wildlife in 2005.
Is antone surprised that a police officer thinks he’s above the law.. ummm NO!!
He should definately be fired as a police officer !
