Rolfe Charged

Rothermel of PSP Coudersport reports that on 3-28-12 at 2143 hours Leslie Irvin Rolfe, 63, of Coudersport was found to be impaired by a controlled substance subsequent to a traffic stop. He was also found to be in possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia. Charges filed through district court 55-4-03.
