Roulette Man Accused of Harassment
1 min readROULETTE – Jeremy B. Fish, 42, of Roulette, was charged by State Police with harassment in District Judge Kari Stubb’s courtroom.
Police allege Fish subjected 63-year-old William D. Fish, III, of Coudersport, to unwanted physical contact.
The incident took place on May 6 in Roulette.
