ROULETTE – A Roulette man was arrested on charges of terroristic threats after he allegedly tried to grab a shotgun while State Police were at his home.
Police say they responded to a Creekside Drive residence on June 4 for reports of a domestic disturbance. After they arrived on the scene, 74-year-old Nick J. Mascino is accused of making several threatening statements towards a 46-year-old woman. Police say Mascino then became enraged and attempted to access a gun cabinet to retrieve a shotgun.
