Roulette Man Arrested After Shooting

ROULETTE – Randy L. Cornelius, 60, of Roulette, PA, was arrested early this morning and arraigned at 3:20 am in Barbara J. Easton’s courtroom on a multitude of charges.
State police say that Cornelius threatened to kill two known individuals with a shotgun and then discharged the gun into the air in an effort to intimidate the victims.
Cornelius was charged with (2) counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person(M2), (2) counts of Harassment, (3) counts of Simple Assault(M1), and (2) counts of Terroristic Threats(M1).
Cornelius was remanded to the Potter County jail after failing to post $50,000 Straight Bail.
