Roulette Man Charged, Bradford Bicyclist Hit by Truck, Shinglehouse Man Sentenced on Porn Charges
ROULETTE – A Roulette man, who was injured in a one vehicle accident back on June 3 on Sartwell Creek road in Potter County has been charged with DUI. State Police say that 49 year-old Dennis Pesock lost control of his truck and struck a tree. Pesock was flown to Robert Packer Hospital in Sayer for treatment of major injuries. He has been charged with DUI and other traffic related offenses.
BRADFORD – A 10 year-old Bradford boy was struck by a truck while riding his bicycle across a cross walk early Thursday afternoon on Main Street in Bradford. Bradford city Police say the boy was taken to BRMC for treatment of minor injuries. The boy wasn’t wearing a helmet. The driver of the truck wasn’t charged.
SHINGLEHOUSE – A Shinglehouse man has been sentenced in Potter County Court to nine to 23 months in jail on pornography charges. 38 year-old Robert Black pleaded guilty earlier this year to charges involving sexting a 17 year-old girl. Black was charged with unlawful contact with a minor and dissemination of explicit materials.
