Roulette Man Charged with Harassment
1 min readROULETTE – A Roulette man faces charges of Harassment following an incident at 6 Oak Lane in Roulette today.
Police say 56-year-old Robert J. Nortum is accused of subjecting a 15-year-old girl to unwanted physical contact.
Nortum will be charged in District Judge Barbara J. Easton’s courtroom.
An investigation continues.
