According to the 1490NewsBlog, Richard Diorio, 59, struck a child in the head with a six-pack of beer Sunday night.
In a fax sent to WESB and The HERO, State police say 59-year-old Richard Diorio hit the victim on the forehead, above the right eye, with a full six-pack of Rolling Rock bottled beer. The victim’s injuries included swelling.
Diorio was charged with harassment.
Now That was a full 6 pack of bottled rolling rock!!!!
