Roulette Men Charged with Stealing Dirt-bikes

Warrant issued for men’s arrest

ROULETTE – State Police in Coudersport charged two Roulette men with multiple felony counts in relation to the theft of two Honda dirt-bikes.

Cody James Thomas, 18, and Nikki Lee Rushmore, 21, both of Roulette, were charged with 2 counts of theft by unlawful taking(F3) and 1 count of Receiving Stolen Property(F3).

Police say Thomas and Rushmore stole the dirt-bikes, a Honda XR70 and a Honda XR80 from 40-year-old Andy J. Matteson, of Roulette, on November 3, 2011.

Thomas and Rushmore were charged in District Court 55-4-01 on February 15. Police say District Magistrate Kari Stubbs has issued warrants for the arrest of both men.

Police said the motorcycles have been recovered.
