Roulette Residents Warned of Night-time Prowler
1 min readROULETTE – State Police in Coudersport are advising Roulette residents of a report of a night-time prowler during the late night, early morning hours.
Police are asking residents to keep their doors locked, especially during those times.
Anyone with information is asked to contact State Police at 814-274-8690.
Anyone encountering a prowler should immediately call 911.

From what I understand from this “prowler” they are boys hanging around a home of a teenage girl after dark. They were even seen at this home by neighbors.
Most of the time the parents are smarter then the kids, but must not be in this case….
