Roulette Woman Charged With DUI After Fishing Creek Accident

ROULETTE – Rovetta J. Winseck, 53, of Roulette, will face charges of DUI and related summary offenses, as the result of an accident that occurred at the intersection of Route 4003(Fishing Creek Road) and North Street, on Saturday, October 30 at 7:21 pm.

Police say Winseck was driving a 1999 Chevrolet Malibu, when she came to a stop at the intersection of North Street, and then traveled straight through the intersection and ramped the guardrails, before spinning northward and continuing to travel along the guardrails.

Upon investigation, police determined that Winseck was Driving Under the Influence. She will face charges of DUI and other related summary offenses.

Winseck was not injured in the crash.

Roulette Volunteer Ambulance and Fire Department responded to the scene. Winseck’s vehicle was towed from the scene by Kightlinger Motors of Coudersport.
