Emergency personnel have shutdown Route 417, the Andover Road, east of Wellsville due to a serious accident.
Roadway beyond the intersection of East State Street and the Andover Road is closed down.
The accident occurred near the Brown’s Marsh, just East of the Dill Pickle/Castaways.
