Salamanca Man Dead following Motorcycle Crash

SALAMANCA, NY – A Salamanca man is dead as the result of a motorcycle crash early this morning.

Killed in the crash was 40-year-old Michael Tome.

Police say at approximately 12:20 am this morning Tome’s motorcycle hit a guard rail. Tome was thrown from the bike upon impact.

Police closed down a portion of West State Street in Salamanca for several hours following the accident.
