Salamanca Man Driving Under Influence in Roulette

ROULETTE – State Police say a Salamanca, NY man has been charged with driving under influence among other various traffic-related offenses.

Police say on April 20, Michael James Gross, 40, of Salamanca, NY was observed committing a traffic violation while driving along Route 6 near the western Main Street intersection in Roulette. He was subsequently found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.

As a result Gross will be charged with general impairment, speeding, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.
