Welcome to the CoudyNews.com Scanner Feed page
Although CoudyNews.com provides the feed for Potter County, the services are hosted by our friends at RadioReference.com.
We will soon be adding feeds for Cameron, McKean, Tioga and Allegany counties.
SCANNER IS OPERATING CORRECTLY. (not picking up Ulysses, Harrison Valley or N. Bingham at the moment)
WE WILL BE EXTENDING OUR ANTENNA OR ESTABLISHING A NEW FEED IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE SO WE CAN PICK UP ULYSSES, SHINGLEHOUSE, ETC.
I could not get the newsfeed to play for me…It doesn’t have a volume sound…
It will only play sound when it is active. This particular scanner is normally quiet, but you will hear it when a dispatch occurs.
Also, you may adjust the volume using the control at the top left, under the play controls.
Note that if you pause the feed, it will pause it, and the feed will no longer be LIVE once you hit play again. If you pause the feed and want the feed LIVE again, simply refresh the page or click the forward button to the right of the pause button.
I am surprised they have school in Ulysses today, it is flooded everywhere. Hamiltons farm behind the old Connies Market is underwater as well as the road. I do not know how the bus got through there, there is a lot of water.
North Bingham road closed
Evacuating West Bingham right now.
Have been seeing pictures from Smethport, it’s goin got be an interesting day
Why doesn’t Ulysses come through? Is it going to in the future? THanks, Tim.
Editor’s Response: We’re working on setting up a separate feed that will have Ulysses, Harrison Valley, etc. Thanks.
WHAT A GREAT ADDITION TO THE ALREADY EXCELLENT NEWS SOURCE. KEEP IT COMING TO Belleview, FL.
your scanner feed is offline. any word when it will be up and running again? I am headed south in a couple weeks and would like to listen to the feed
Editor’s response: We are installing a dedicated server for the feed and SMS feature. We expect it to be completed in just over a week from today.
The upgrade should allow 99.9% uptime for the feed and drastically speed up the time users receive SMS messages.
