Scattering Rubbish Investigation results in Drug Paraphernalia Arrest at Sheetz

COUDERSPORT – A Coudersport man has been arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following an investigation at Sheetz in Coudersport.

Police say they were investigating the scattering of rubbish at the store, which led to the discovery of the paraphernalia on 20-year-old Devin Van Pelt, of Coudersport.

Police say an investigation into the matter continues.
