School Van with Child Passenger hits Tree in Oswayo
1 min readSHINGLEHOUSE – State Police say a school van, driven by 39-year-old Sherry Herchek, of Oswayo Valley, was carrying one child passenger when it crashed into a tree in Oswayo on Wednesday, January 12 at 8:02 am.
The accident happened as Herchek was traveling South on School Street and slid off of the road, impacting a tree.
Neither Herchek nor her child passenger, who were both properly restrained, were injured in the accident.
The van was towed from the scene.
