Search for Man with Dementia Continues

State police continue to search for a missing Titusville man.
Charles Speer, 76, was last seen at the Presque Isle Downs & Casino in Erie on June 26 at 6 pm.
He was last seen driving away in a 1998 Nissan Maxima, burgundy in color, with license plate number GFA9486.
Speer reportedly suffers from dementia.
Anyone with information is urged to contact PA State Police.
