RIDGWAY, ELK COUNTY – Severe flooding has forced people out of their homes and closed several roads in Ridgway.
Homes have been evacuated, which are now surrounded by about five feet of water. Folks said it’s the worst flooding that they’ve seen in 15 years.
Gas and electric utility services have been cut off.
