Sherry Page Victim of Access Device Fraud

On 3/4/12 a known 16 year old juvenile used the victim’s debit card to make an unauthorized purchase on an internet site.  The juvenile will be charged through District Court 55-4-01 for Access Device Fraud, theft and receiving stolen property.  Investigating Officer is Trooper Chad Savannah.  Victim is Sherry Page, 42 Third Street, Roulette, PA.
