Shinglehouse Man Accused of Sending Nude Photos
1 min readHEBRON TWP. – A Shinglehouse man is facing several charges after her allegedly made comments about an 18-year-old man’s sexuality and then sent him a nude photo of himself.
Police say 22-year-old Benjamin M. Broscious sent the photo to an 18-year-old Potter County man on December 26, 2011.
As the result of an investigation, Broscious was charged with False Reports(M2), Open Lewdness(M3) and Harassment(S) in District Court 55-4-01.
