Shinglehouse Man Charged with Underage Possession of Alcohol

ROULETTE – On November 20 at 1:05 am, police were conducting traffic stops at a DUI Checkpoint located on Route 6, approximately one mile east of the Potter/Mckean county line in Roulette Township.
Upon making contact with the passengers of one particular vehicle, it was determined that Levi Calvin Ira Barnes, 19, of Shinglehouse, PA, was underage and had consumed alcoholic beverages.
Charges will be filed in District Court 55-4-01.
