Simple Assault in Covington

Trooper R.J. Wolbert of the Mansfield PSP reports on a case of simple assault which occurred 4-5-12 at 3:00 am in Covington, PA.  An argument ensued between the victim, Michael D. Harbold, 48, and the accused, Helen G. Harbold, 45.  The accused struck the victim with an ashtray, causing moderate injury.
