Single Car Crash in Keating Township

PSP Investigator Derek C. Weaver reports that Mark A. Luminella, 39, of Blossburg was involved in a crash on March 4th, 2012 at 11:50 A.M.  Mr. Luminella was travelling southbound on SR 155 in Keating Township in his 2001 Ford F150.  He crossed into the northbound lane of travel to pass an unidentified vehicle.  As he crossed back into the southbound lane he spun out of control and into the embankment located on the west side of the roadway.  After impact with the embankment his vehicle crossed the lane of travel into the northbound lane and struck the guide rails on the east side of the roadway where the vehicle came to a final rest.  Mr. Luminella was not injured, and his vehicle was towed from the scene by Ramsey’s Auto Repair.  Mr. Luminella failed to use his seatbelt and will be cited through District Court 55-3-01 for this offense.
