Smethport Man Charged with DUI in Ulysses
1 min readULYSSES – Allan S. Chapman, 30, of Smethport, will be charged with DUI and related summary violations as the result of a traffic stop along Route 6 in Ulysses Township on June 16.
State Police say they stopped Chapman for a traffic violation and later determined him to be driving under the influence.
Charges will be filed in District Court 55-4-03.
