Smethport Man Faces Sexual Assault Charges

A registered sex offender faces new charges.
22-year-old Cody R. Good, of Smethport, has been charged with (2) counts of Statutory Sexual Assault, (2) counts of Unlawful Contact with a Minor and (2) counts of Aggravated Indecent Assault.
Good is accused of twice having intercourse with a girl less than 16 years of age on September 18.
He is currently incarcerated in the McKean County jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
