Society Victim in Vehicle Pursuit

Trooper William Hoppel of the Mansfield PSP reports on a vehicle pursuit which took place on 2-18-12 at 9:42 am on SR287 in Delmar Township, Tioga County.  No criminal charges were filed against the known actor due to possible mental health issues.  The actor was submitted for a special driver’s exam.
