Southern PA Truck Driver Charged in Michigan after Running Stop Sign, Killing a Woman and Child

STANTON – A Pennsylvania man is set to be charged with two counts of negligent homicide after his semi truck ran a stop sign, killing an Edmore mother and her toddler.
John Troxell, 25, of Middleburg, Pa., is set to be arraigned Dec. 17 in 64B District Court. He won’t be served with a warrant by the Montcalm County Sheriff’s Office until arraignment day since he is coming from Pennsylvania.
