Speeding Driver was DUI
1 min readPIKE TWP. – A Punxsutawney, PA man faces charges of DUI, after an early morning traffic stop on Route 6 in Pike Township, May 29.
Police say 41-year-old Donald Dies was observed traveling at a high rate of speed on Route 6, approximately 2 miles east of Ansley Road in Pike Township.
After stopping Dies, police discovered him to be driving under the influence of alcohol.
Charges will be filed in District Court 55-4-03.
