St. Bonaventure Fire Bombers get Probation
1 min readALLEGANY, NY – Two of the men involved in throwing a molotov cocktail into a St. Bonaventure student apartment building last year were yesterday sentenced to probation after pleading guilty in the case.
Donald Phearsdorf, age 23, was sentenced to 3 years of probation on assault charges.
Adam Peterson, age 22, was sentenced to 5 years of probation for arson, and a concurrent 3 years of probation for assault.
Another defendant in the case, 21-year-old Mark Braithwaite, of Olean, is due to be sentenced on assault charges November 14.
Probation for fire bombing. Crazy.
