St. Eulalia to Host Festival, July 20 – 21
1 min readThe St. Eulalia Catholic Church in Coudersport will host a weekend of food and fun at its annual community festival on Friday and Saturday, July 20 – 21, 2012. Events kick off Friday at 3 PM and Saturday at 10 AM.
Throughout the festival, local vendors and food booths will be offering a variety of products and traditional and ethnic foods, including Italian, Polish and American foods, as well as sweets and treats ranging from homemade pies and ice cream to funnel cakes. An outdoor fish fry will begin on Friday at 4 PM. Food will be available for take-out, and legal beverages will be sold.
On Friday, Larry Herbstritt and local youth musicians will provide live music from 6 – 8 PM, followed by Every Tom, Jeff and Larry starting at 8 PM. Children will enjoy a free showing of the movie “Chipwrecked” at 7 PM. Saturday’s highlights will be an antique car show from 11 AM – 4 PM, live music by Buffalo’s Freddie and the Jets at 8 PM, as well as face painting throughout the day.
Activities taking place throughout the weekend include a dunk tank, inflatables for children, a variety of children’s activities and raffles for gift baskets, $500 in PA lottery tickets and $300 cash. For more information, contact George Buchsen at 814-335-8628.
