PITTSBURGH – You will soon be paying more for a bottle of liquor in Pennsylvania.
A policy change at the state Liquor Control Board will raise millions of dollars, but it also has bar and restaurant owners outraged.
“Come Jan. 4, everyone that shops in a Liquor Control Board store in Pennsylvania will see dramatic increases in the price of all the products and you’ll subsequently see higher prices in bars and restaurants,” Kevin Joyce, owner of The Carlton, said.
