“Motor coaches carry more than 750 million passengers across the United States and this safety initiative is a crucial part of our efforts to prevent crashes,” Pennsylvania State Police Commissioner Frank E. Pawlowski said today.
He noted that while motor coach inspections are conducted throughout the year, this will be a large-scale effort to ensure that the vehicles are free of safety hazards and reach their destinations safely.
