Steinheiser Charged With Disorderly Conduct

Trooper William Hoppel of the Mansfield PSP reports that on 04-09-12 at 6PM Larry Steinheiser, 53, of Butler, PA was charged with Disorderly Conduct for tampering with a vehicle belonging to Susan Alexander of Mansfield, PA while it was parked in the parking lot of Mitchell’s Carquest on SR2005 in Tioga Co., PA.
