2 min readOn February 15, 2012, in the Court of Common Pleas, No. 239 of 2011, Steven Michael Bisking received the following: Because he had been incarcerated in excess of five months due to his inability to comply with bail conditions, which is well beyond the standard range of the sentencing guidelines, accordingly he will be released from incarceration forthwith and be placed on a period of probation of 24 months. He shall pay a fine of $500.00. He shall pay costs of the Court. He shall pay a supervision fee of $25 per month and administrative fee of $20 per month for all time spent on probation. He will perform 35 hours of community service for Potter County and be responsible for the cost of insurance regarding his participation. He may make a monetary donation to the Food Bank in lieu of performing 35 hours of community service, said amount to be set by Probation. He will comply with all terms and conditions of probation. Having been the subject of a drug and alcohol evaluation will take part in recommended treatment programs relative to drug or alcohol abuse at his own expense. He will attend AA/NA meetings as directed. He is sentenced to take part in the next available DUI Victim Impact Panel Presentation in his home county at his own expense. He is to contact Probation in his home county within 10 days of his release from incarceration to make arrangements for the same. Proof of his participation shall be submitted to Potter County Probation within 10 days. He will have no contact with the victim of his crime. He will attend anger management classes and will comply with all mental health treatment and will take all prescribed medications.
