PITTSFIELD – Police say that Randi Eck, 21, was intoxicated while pushing a stroller with her 2 yr. old infant inside.
Eck is accused of pushing the stroller across an intersection at Couver’s Crossing and Old Pittsfield Rd. in Brokenstraw Township on Sunday afternoon.
She was charged with public drunkenness.
The toddler was not hurt.
