Stump Charged with Harassment
1 min readTrooper Robert Evanchick of the Mansfield PSP reports that on 3-29-12 at approximately 7:30 PM Kenneth Martin Stump, 40, of 417B W. Clinton St., Elmira, NY arrived at the residence of Richard Marble, Sr. and Richard Marble, Jr. on Mill Creek Road in Mansfield, PA to retrieve clothing items. Stump became verbally and physically combative. Stump pushed Marble Sr. up against the hood of a car and struck him in the back with his fist. Stump then grabbed Marble Jr. and attempted to pull him off a porch. Charges will be filed in MJD District 04-3-03 against Stump for harassment.
I wonder what the other side of the story is?
Both sides of the story need to be told. Hopefully Police both in PA, and NY can work together on this case. I have heard multiple sides of this incident, and unfortunatly false alligations being made are destroying this family.
