Sweden Township Police Department Report

4/7/2012 – responded to an ATV crash w/injuries on Fisher Dr(X rd N. Hollow Rd). Michael O. Ayers 33 , Tiffany N. Yentzer 24 both of Port Allegany were treated and transported to CCMH to an awaiting helicopter for medical transport to Robert Packer Hospital for treatment of their injuries.

Ayers was operating a 1999 Yamaha Big Bear 350 four wheeler, Yentzer was the passenger. They were operating on private property in the area of Fisher Dr subdivision. Ayers was traveling at approximately 35-45 mph and the four wheeler at some point became airborne, threw both from the ATV and rolled over them both causing traumatic injuries. Family and friends transported them to a location were the medical teams from Coudersport Fire/Ambulance could treat them and then they were transported to awaiting helicopters at CCMH.
Neither were wearing helmets, nor were they impaired- due to this occuring on private property. no charges will be filed
