Teen Charged with Underage Consumption
1 min readHARRISON TWP. – State Police in Coudersport have charged 18-year-old Zane Baumgarner, of Ulysses, with drinking while underage.
Police say the charges stem from an October 10 incident along an area of Johnson Road in Harrison Township.
He was cited in District Court 55-4-03.
