Texas Man Accused of Stabbing Landlord to Death Waives Arraignment

WELLSBORO – The Texas man charged in the stabbing death of his landlord last month waived his county court arraignment Monday.
A trial date has not yet been set and may not happen until after the New Year, according to county court administration personnel.
According to state police, Billy H. Landry, 49, of Liverpool, Texas, stabbed Shawn Charles Miller, 44, of 158 Cherry Flats Road, after an altercation between them at Miller’s Charleston Township residence, where Landry rented a room.
