Thaddius Lathrop Sentenced

On April 4, 2012, in the Court of Common Pleas, No. 231-2011, Thaddius B. Lathrop received the following sentence:

As to Count 1: Disorderly Conduct Eng. in Fight (M3) Serve a term of ten (10) months probation.  Pay fine of $300.00.

As to Count 3: Harassment (S) Pay fine of $200.00.

The defendant will pay the costs of court.  The defendant shall pay a supervision fee of $25 per month, and an administrative fee of $20 per month for all the time spent on probation/parole.

The defendant will perform 20 hours of community service for Potter County at the discretion of Probation and the defendant shall be responsible for the cost of insurance regarding his/her participation.   or   The defendant will make a monetary donation to the Food Bank in lieu of performing 20 hours of community service.  Dollar amount will be set by Probation.  The defendant will comply with all terms and conditions of parole or probation, including the following special conditions:  The defendant is to have no contact with the victim(s) of his crime.
